True if the annotation size ( setAnnotationWidth, setAnnotationHeight methods) is a percentage of the available space, false is the annotation size is given in absolute values.

    public void setIsSizeRelativeToAvailableSpace( 
   boolean value
)

    Parameters

    value
    True if the annotation size ( setAnnotationWidth, setAnnotationHeight methods) is a percentage of the available space, false is the annotation size is given in absolute values.
